On January 10, 2023, Lido Advisors, LLC announced a strategic partnership with Colorado Financial Management.
Pursuant to the agreement, Lido Advisors, LLC (“Lido Advisors”) has formed a strategic partnership with Colorado Financial Management (“CFM”). The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions. Further terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Lido Advisors, based in Los Angeles, California, is a wealth advisory firm focusing on risk mitigation and alternate investment strategies. Lido Advisors has over $12 billion in assets under management.
CFM, based in Boulder, Colorado, is a fee-only independent registered investment advisor serving individual, family, and institutional clients. CFM has approximately $2 billion in assets under management.
