On May 10, 2022, Karn Couzens & Associates, Inc. announced its decision to join Carson Wealth.
Under the terms of the transaction, Karn Couzens & Associates, Inc. (“Karn Couzens”) partnered with Carson Wealth (“Carson”). Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Karn Couzens, based in Connecticut, is a financial planning and wealth management firm offering services to high-net-worth families and businesses. Karn Couzens has $800 million in assets under management.
Carson, based in Omaha, Nebraska, is a nationwide partnership of advisors and offers investment advisory services through CWM, LLC, an SEC Registered Investment Advisor. Carson is a part of the Carson Group. Carson Group serves investors and advisors by offering coaching and partnership services through its associated businesses, Carson, Carson Coaching, and Carson Partners. The Carson Group has $20 billion in assets under management.
