Julius Baer Group Enters Strategic Partnership with Bank of China

On July 23, 2012, Julius Baer Group AG announced that it had entered into a strategic collaboration agreement with Bank of China, whereby the partners will cross-refer private banking clients and engage in joint marketing activities.  In addition, Bank of China (Suisse) SA will be integrated in Bank Julius Baer.


On July 23, 2012, Julius Baer Group AG announced that it had entered into a strategic collaboration agreement with Bank of China Limited, whereby the companies will cross-refer clients with private banking needs.  The partners also plan to cooperate in product distribution and financial market research, and to engage in joint marketing activities and other initiatives, such as investment conferences.  In addition, Bank of China (Suisse) SA will be integrated in Bank Julius Baer.  The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
