On October 5, 2017, Investoo Group announced its acquisition of RoboAdvisors.com, a robo advisor comparison site.
Terms of the transaction were not announced. The acquisition by Investoo Group (“Investoo”) marks its first foray into the portfolio-management industry. However, Investoo is already familiar with this sector through its partnerships with other robo advisor firms.
Investoo is a London-based educational platform for the financial sector. It is backed by online technologies leaders Kinetic Investments and Optimizer Invest.
