On February 24, 2022, Integrity Marketing Group, LLC announced it had acquired The Foschini Group.
Under the terms of the transaction, Integrity Marketing Group, LLC (“Integrity”) acquired The Foschini Group (“Foschini”). The President of Foschini, Al Foschini, will become a Managing Partner at Integrity. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Integrity, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, distributes life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance and funeral trust plans, primarily focusing on senior citizens. Integrity had approximately $20 billion in assets under management in 2021.
Foschini, headquartered in Farmington, Connecticut, is an agency that provides financial planning, wealth management, health insurance, estate planning, and life insurance services to pre-retirees and retired Americans.
