On February 27, 2023, Integrated Partners announced the acquisition of Laurel Wealth Advisors.
Under the terms of the transaction, Integrated Partners (“Integrated”) has acquired Laurel Wealth Advisors (“Laurel”). Financial terms were not disclosed.
Integrated, based in Boston, is a registered investment advisor primarily serving businesses with investment management, marketing, public relations, M&A and comprehensive business counsel. As of December, 2022, Integrated has $12 billion in assets under administration.
Laurel, based in Solana Beach, California, is an independent advisory firm. Laurel has over $2.25 billion in assets under management.
