Wealth Enhancement to Acquire Kaminsky-Silverman

Wealth Enhancement announced, on July 2, 2026, that it will acquire the Kaminsky-Silverman Group of Shufro Rose (the “Kaminsky-Silverman Group”). Upon completion of the transaction, Tonia L. Kaminsky, Principal & Senior Financial Advisor, and Barbara Silverman, Senior Financial Advisor, will join Wealth Enhancement. The acquisition is expected to close in August 2026. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Wealth Enhancement, based in Plymouth, Minnesota, is a registered investment adviser providing wealth management, financial planning, investment management, estate planning and related advisory services. Wealth Enhancement oversees approximately $156.3 billion in client assets.

The Kaminsky-Silverman Group, based in New York, is a registered investment adviser that provides wealth management, financial planning, investment management, retirement strategies, and tax and estate planning coordination services to individuals and families. The Kaminsky-Silverman Group oversees approximately $554 million in client assets. DeVoe & Company served as financial advisor to the Kaminsky-Silverman Group in connection with the transaction.
