Wealth Enhancement to Acquire Cloud Investments
On July 30, 2026, Wealth Enhancement announced that it had reached an agreement to acquire Cloud Investments.
Wealth Enhancement (“Wealth Enhancement”) announced, on July 30, 2026, that it had reached an agreement to acquire Cloud Investments (“Cloud Investments”). In the acquisition, Cloud Investments president Don Cloud and his team of five advisors will join Wealth Enhancement. The acquisition was expected to close on July 31, 2026. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Wealth Enhancement, based in Plymouth, Minnesota, is a registered investment adviser providing wealth management, financial planning, investment management, estate planning and related advisory services to its clients. Wealth Enhancement oversees approximately $158 billion in client assets.
Cloud Investments, based in Huntsville, Alabama, is a registered investment adviser specializing in retirement planning services. Cloud Investments has approximately $462 million in assets under management.
