Wealth Enhancement Acquires Weinand Financial
Wealth Enhancement (“Wealth Enhancement”) announced, on August 19, 2026, that it had acquired the investment advisory business of Weinand Financial (“Weinand”). The acquisition closed on August 15, 2026. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Wealth Enhancement, based in Plymouth, Minnesota, is a registered investment adviser providing wealth management, financial planning, investment management, estate planning and related advisory services to its clients. Wealth Enhancement oversees approximately $160.7 billion in client assets.
Weinand, based in Olympia, Washington, is a registered investment adviser specializing in retirement and investment planning services. Weinand oversees approximately $644 million in assets.
