Verdence Acquires Harvest Investment Consultants
Verdence Capital Advisors (“Verdence”) announced, on September 22, 2026, that it had acquired Harvest Investment Consultants (“Harvest”). The transaction closed on September 18, 2026. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Verdence, based in Hunt Valley, Maryland, is an independent wealth advisory firm offering family office services. Verdence has approximately $5 billion in assets under management.
Harvest, also based in Hunt Valley, Maryland, is a registered investment advisor specializing in financial planning. Harvest manages approximately $564 million in client assets.
