Stratos Acquires RPI Financial
On August 20, 2026, Stratos Wealth Holdings (“Stratos”) announced that it had acquired RPI Financial Life Planners (“RPI Financial”). Under the terms of the transaction, RPI Financial will continue to operate under the name of RPI Financial Life Planners. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Stratos, based in Beachwood, Ohio, is a family of companies focused on supporting the growth of financial advisors across business models and affiliation structures.
RPI Financial, based in Naperville, Illinois, is a wealth management and financial planning firm that works with individuals, families, and business owners. RPI Financial oversees approximately $400 million in client assets.
