Parallel Advisors Acquires Eaton Financial
On July 7, 2025, Parallel Advisors announced that it acquired Eaton Financial Group.
Parallel Advisors announced, on July 7, 2026, that it acquired Eaton Financial Group (“Eaton”). Under the terms of the transaction, Douglas Eaton, founder of Eaton, will join Parallel Advisors as a Managing Principal along with his entire team. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Parallel Advisors, based in San Francisco, California, is a registered investment advisor offering financial planning, portfolio construction and asset allocation services to individuals, families, and trusts. Parallel Advisors manages over $11 billion in client assets.
Eaton, based in Coral Spring, Florida, is a registered investment advisor providing financial planning and wealth management services. Eaton has approximately $400 million in client assets. MarshBerry served as financial advisor to Eaton in the transaction.
