Hightower Signature Wealth Merges in Stearns Financial

Hightower Signature Wealth (“Signature Wealth”) announced, on August 4, 2026, that it had merged in Stearns Financial Group (“Stearns”). The transaction adds approximately 30 employees to Signature Wealth. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Signature Wealth, based in Chicago, is Hightower’s integrated, consumer-facing wealth platform. Signature Wealth has approximately $40 billion in assets under management.
Stearns, based in Greensboro, North Carolina, is a wealth advisory firm providing financial planning and investment consultancy services to its clients. Stearns has approximately $2.5 billion in assets under management.
