Atomos Acquires Cartlidge Morland
Atomos Financial Planning Holdings Limited (“Atomos”) announced, on August 4, 2026, that it has acquired the assets of The Cartlidge Morland Partnership, Cartlidge Morland Limited and Cartlidge Morland Wealth Management LLP (“Cartlidge Morland’). Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Atomos, based in London, United Kingdom, is a wealth management group providing financial planning and investment solutions services.
Cartlidge Morland, based in London, United Kingdom, is a wealth management firm providing financial planning and investment management services to private clients, business owners and corporates. MarshBerry served as exclusive financial advisor to Cartlidge Morland on the transaction.
