On April 12, 2023, Coller Capital announced a strategic partnership with Hunter Point Capital.
Under the terms of the agreement, Hunter Point Capital (“HPC”) has acquired a minority equity stake in Coller Capital (“Coller”). Leadership and management at Coller are expected to remain in place. Financial terms were not disclosed.
HPC, based in New York, is an investment firm with a focus on providing strategic support to alternative asset managers. As of June 2022, HPC had $1.1 billion in assets under management.
Coller, based in London, is a private equity firm with a focus on secondary market investments. Coller manages $27.5 billion in client assets.
