On October 1, 2021, Hightower Advisors, LLC announced that it will invest in Landsberg Bennett Private Wealth Management.
Under the terms of the transaction, Hightower Advisors, LLC (“Hightower”) will make a strategic investment in Landsberg Bennett Private Wealth Management (“Landsberg Bennett”). The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2021. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Hightower, based in Chicago, is a wealth management firm, that provides financial, investment, and retirement services to individuals, foundations, and family services. Hightower also offers 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations. As of June 30, 2021, Hightower had approximately $125.2 billion in assets under administration and $101 billion in assets under management.
Landsberg Bennett, based in Punta Gorda, Florida, is a wealth management firm that offers wealth management services to retirees, attorneys, physicians, executives, and business owners.
