On January 9, 2024, Hightower Advisors, LLC announced an investment in Capital Management Group of New York.
Hightower Advisors, LLC (“Hightower”) has acquired a stake in Capital Management Group of New York (“CMG”). Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Hightower, based in Chicago, is a wealth management firm that provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals and institutional investors. As of September 2023, Hightower had approximately $131 billion in assets under management.
CMG, based in New York City, is a hybrid registered investment adviser and wealth management firm providing financial planning and investment management services. CMG manages $3.3 billion in client assets.
