On September 7, 2021, Hightower Advisors, LLC announced that it invested in Alexandria Capital, LLC.
Under the terms of the transaction, Hightower Advisors, LLC (“Hightower”) made a strategic investment in Alexandria Capital, LLC (“Alexandria Capital”). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Hightower, based in Chicago, is a wealth management firm, that provides financial, investment, and retirement services to individuals, foundations, and family services. Hightower also offers 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations. As of June 30, 2021, Hightower had approximately $125.2 billion in assets under administration and $101 billion in assets under management.
Alexandria Capital, based in Arlington, Virginia, is an investment and wealth management firm that offers financial planning and investment management services for professionals, entrepreneurs, foundations, family offices, and retirement plans. Alexandria Capital has approximately $1.5 billion in assets under management.
