On August 23, 2021, Hightower Advisors, LLC announced it will invest in Investment Security Group, Inc.
Under the terms of the transaction, Hightower made a strategic investment in Investment Security Group. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Hightower, based in Chicago, is a wealth management firm, that provides financial, investment, and retirement services to individuals, foundations, and family services. Hightower also offers 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations. As of June 30, 2021, Hightower had approximately $125.2 billion in assets under administration and $101 billion in assets under management.
Investment Security Group, based in Denver, is a wealth management firm that provides portfolio management, financial planning, insurance consulting, estate planning, and retirement planning services. Investment Security Group has $800 million in assets under management.
