On November 30, 2021, Hightower Advisors, L.L.C. announced that it will make a strategic investment in Clear Perspective Advisors, LLC.
Under the terms of the transaction, Hightower Advisors, L.L.C. (“Hightower”) will acquire a stake in Clear Perspective Advisors, LLC (“Clear Perspective”). The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2021. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Hightower, based in Chicago, is a wealth management firm, providing financial, investment, and retirement services to individuals, foundations and family offices. Hightower also offers 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations. As of September 30, 2021, Hightower had approximately $132.2 billion in assets under administration and $104.1 billion in assets under management.
Clear Perspective, based in Illinois, provides comprehensive investment management services and financial planning to individual and institutional clients.
