Hedge Fund Roc Capital Sells Minority Stake

Bloomberg reported on January 23, 2011, in an article that quotes Seward & Kissel partner Steve Nadel regarding hedge fund managers selling stakes, that hedge fund manager Roc Capital sold a minority stake to Vanisha Mittal Bhatia.


Bloomberg reported on January 23, 2011 that New York-based quantitative hedge fund manager Roc Capital Management LP sold a minority stake (of between 10% and 25%) to Vanisha Mittal Bhatia’s investment vehicle Sunbeam U.S. Holdings LLC.  Deutsche Bank also has a stake of at least 5% of Roc Capital. In the Bloomberg article, Seward & Kissel partner Stave Nadel is quoted, stating, in part that “We’re likely to see more hedge funds sell stakes”.
