Hansa Aktiengesellschaft to Acquire SVG Investment Managers

On August 12, 2013, Investment Europe reported that Hansa Aktiengesellschaft, a Swiss investment firm, has agreed to acquire a majority stake in SVG Investment Managers from SVG Capital.


On August 12, 2013, Investment Europe reported that Hansa Aktiengesellschaft, a Swiss investment firm, has agreed to acquire a majority stake in SVG Investment Managers from SVG Capital, subject to regulatory approval.  Senior management of SVG Investment Managers will hold a significant minority stake.  Hansa will also acquire SVG Capital’s holdings in certain funds managed by SVG Investment Management.  The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
