On October 6, 2025, Greenspring Advisors announced its acquisition of Wealthstream Advisors.
Greenspring Advisors (“Greenspring”) announced on October 6, 2025, its acquisition of Wealthstream Advisors (“Wealthstream”). Under the terms of the transaction, Wealthstream will operate under the Greenspring name. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Greenspring, based in Towson, Maryland, is a fee-only registered investment advisor specializing in comprehensive wealth management, financial planning, and retirement plan consulting for both private investors and institutional clients. Greenspring has approximately $3.78 billion in assets under management.
Wealthstream, based in New York, is a registered investment advisor offering comprehensive financial planning and investment management services. Wealthstream has approximately $1.54 billion in assets under management.
Echelon advised both Greenspring and Wealthstream on the transaction.
