On August 19, 2021, Goldman Sachs announced that it had entered into an agreement to acquire NN Investment Partners.
Under the terms of the transaction Goldman Sachs (“Goldman”) has agreed to acquire NN Investment Partners (“NN”) from NN Group N.V. for approximately €1.6 billion. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022. Further terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Goldman, based in New York, is a is a global investment banking, investment management, and securities firm that offers a broad range of financial services to a substantial and diversified client base.
NN, based in the Netherlands, is an asset manager with $355 billion in assets under supervision.
