Goldman Sachs Acquires Minority Stake in GeoWealth

On March 19, 2026, it was announced that Goldman Sachs had acquired a minority stake in GeoWealth.

It was announced, on March 19, 2026, that Goldman Sachs had acquired a minority stake in GeoWealth. Under the terms of the transaction, Goldman Sachs made a $42.5 million minority investment during GeoWealth’s Series C round. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS), based in New York, is a registered investment advisor offering investment banking, asset management and wealth management services. Goldman Sachs has over $3.3 trillion in assets under supervision.

GeoWealth, based in Chicago, is a proprietary turnkey asset management platform offering a range of services to advisors including performance reporting, portfolio accounting and billing. GeoWealth has over $13.6 billion in assets under management.
