On September 7, 2023, GlASfunds announced the acquisition of Fund Formation Group
Under the terms of the transaction, GLASfunds will acquire Fund Formation Group (“FFP”) in a deal expected to close next month, subject to customary closing conditions. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
GLASfunds, based in Cleveland, is a turnkey asset management platform partially owned by CI Financial. As of March, GLASfunds has $1.6 billion in assets under management.
FFG, based in Dallas, Texas, is a firm that assists registered investment advisors with fund formation and management.
