On October 3, 2018, Generational Capital announced that it had acquired a majority stake in Talis Advisors.
Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Generational Capital LLC is a part of Generational Group that specializes in mergers and acquisitions advisory services for private businesses.
Talis Advisors is a Plano, Texas-based wealth management firm and Registered Investment Advisor.
