On March 4, 2022, Gateway Financial Partners announced its acquisition of Advisors’ Pride.
Under the terms of the transaction, Gateway Financial Partners (“Gateway Financial”) acquired Advisors’ Pride (“Advisors’ Pride”). The new combined firm will operate under the Gateway brand and will be comprised of 95 support team members. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Gateway Financial, based in Glastonbury, Connecticut is a financial advisory firm that has approximately $7 billion in assets under management.
Advisors’ Pride, based in Appleton, Wisconsin, is a financial advisory firm that offers broker/dealer services.
