On April 29, 2022, Focus Financial Partners Inc. announced that it will partner with Octogone Holding SA.
Under the terms of the transaction, Focus Financial Partners Inc. (“Focus”) will partner with Octogone Holding SA. (“Octogone”). The transaction, subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to close in the third quarter of 2022. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Focus (NASDAQ: FOCS), headquartered in New York, New York, is a partnership of independent, fiduciary wealth management firms providing access to resources, best practices, and continuity planning for its partner firms who serve families, individuals, institutions, and employers with wealth management services.
Octogone, based in Switzerland, is a wealth management firm that provides personalized wealth management services to wealthy individuals and families.
