On December 8, 2021, Focus Financial Partners Inc. announced that it will partner with Cassaday & Company, Inc.
Under the terms of the transaction, Focus Financial Partners Inc. (“Focus”) will partner with Cassaday & Company, Inc. (“Cassaday”). The transaction, subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2021. Park Sutton Advisors served as financial advisor to Cassaday for this transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
