On November 30, 2021, Focus Financial Partners Inc. announced that it will partner with Alley Company, LLC.
Under the terms of the transaction, Focus Financial Partners Inc. (“Focus”) will partner with Alley Company, LLC (“Alley Company”). The transaction, subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2021. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Focus (NASDAQ: FOCS), headquartered in New York, New York, is a partnership of independent, fiduciary wealth management firms providing access to resources, best practices, and continuity planning for its partner firms who serve families, individuals, institutions, and employers with wealth management services.
Alley Company, based in Lake Forest, Illinois, is a registered investment adviser that provides investment management services to advisors, foundations and institutions, and high-net-worth individuals and families.
