On March 30, 2017, First Capital Real Estate Investments announced it had reached an agreement to acquire Freedom Capital Investment Management.
First Capital Real Estate Investments, LLC. (“First Capital Real Estate”) announced it had reached an agreement to acquire Freedom Capital Investment Management, LLC. (“Freedom Capital”). Freedom Capital is the parent company of First Capital Investment Corp. (“First Capital”). Per the terms of the transaction, Pat Clemens will replace Jeffrey McClure as president and CEO of First Capital.
First Capital Real Estate was founded in 2003. First Capital Real Estate is an investment firm that sponsors a public, non-traded real estate investment trust.
Freedom Capital is an asset management company. First Capital is a publicly registered, non-traded business development company.
