On October 5, 2022, Fairport Wealth announced the acquisition of Optimal Portfolio.
Under the terms of the transaction Fairport Wealth will acquire Optimal Portfolio, LLC (“Optimal Portfolio”). Financial terms were not disclosed.
Fairport Wealth, based in Cleveland, is a registered investment advisor that offers wealth planning and investment management. Fairport has $3.4 billion in assets under management. Fairport Wealth is owned by Hightower Advisors, LLC, a registered investment advisor based in New York with over $100 billion in assets under management.
Optimal Portfolio, based in Princeton, New Jersey, is a registered investment advisor serving high-net-worth individuals and businesses. Optimal Portfolio has $102 million is assets under management.
