Facet Wealth (“Facet”) raised $100 million through a Series C funding led by Durable Capital partners (“Durable”). Telesoft Partners, Green Cow Venture Capital and Warburg Pincus also participated in the round.
Facet, based in Baltimore, Maryland, is a registered investment advisor startup, specializing in advising mass-affluent clients. Facet has approximately $1 billion in assets under management.
Durable, based in Chevy Chase, Maryland, invests in small- and mid-cap companies in both public and private markets.
