On December 19, 2023, Exencial Wealth Advisors announced that it had acquired Weinheimer Wealth Management.
Under the terms of the transaction, Exencial Wealth Advisors (“Exencial”) announced that it acquired Weinheimer Wealth Management (“Weinheimer”). Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Exencial, based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is a registered investment advisor providing financial planning, tax planning, portfolio management, and executive compensation and planning services. As of September 2023, Exencial had $4.36 billion in assets under management.
Weinheimer, based in Austin, Texas, is a boutique wealth management services firm servicing high-net-worth individuals and small business owners. As of December 2023, Weinheimer had $500 million in assets under management. Park Sutton Advisors served as financial advisor to Weinheimer on the transaction.
