On December 21, 2023, Wealth Enhancement Group announced that it had acquired Landmark Financial Advisors, LLC.
Under the terms of the transaction, Wealth Enhancement Group announced that it had acquired Landmark Financial Advisors, LLC (“Landmark”). Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Wealth Enhancement Group, based in Minneapolis, is a registered investment advisor offering financial services for individuals and families. As of December 2023, Wealth Enhancement Group had $72.2 billion in assets under management.
Landmark, based in Bowling Green, Kentucky, is an independent, fee-only, registered investment advisor providing business consulting, financial planning, and tax efficient portfolio structuring services. As of August 2023, Landmark had $236 million in assets under management. Park Sutton Advisors served as financial advisor to Landmark on the transaction.
