On September 22, 2022, Evelyn Partners LLP announced the acquisition of Arena Wealth Partners LLP.
Under the terms of the agreement, Evelyn Partners LLP (“Evelyn”) has acquired all the assets of the wealth management division of Arena Wealth Partners LLP (“Arena”). Arena portfolio manager Ashley Thompson will join Evelyn as part of the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.
London-based Evelyn a wealth management and professional services firm. It had £52.7 billion in assets under management as of June 30, 2022.
Arena is a London-based advisory firm offering financial and wealth management services. It had approximately £90 million in assets under management as of June 30, 2022.
