On October 7, 2015, Amundi Group announced that it had filed its document de base with the French Autorité des marchés financiers in preparation for an initial public offering on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
Amundi Group was formed from the merger of Crédit Agricole Asset Management and Société Générale Asset Management operations. It has €954 billion in assets under management as of June 2015 and has a presence in 30 countries across 5 continents.
The completion of the IPO is subject to receiving the French Autorité des marchés financiers’ visa on the IPO prospectus and to market conditions.
