On January 6, 2026, EP Wealth Advisors announced that it acquired Capital Insight Partners.
EP Wealth Advisors (“EP”) announced, on January 6, 2026, that it acquired Capital Insight Partners (“Capital Insight”). Under the terms of the transaction, nine members of the Capital Insight team will join EP, including Capital Insight co-founder, Susan Anastasiadis, who will be a Senior Vice President of EP. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
EP, based in Torrance, California, is a fee-only registered investment advisor offering financial, tax and estate planning, as well as investment management services. As of September 2025, EP had over $40.5 billion in assets under management.
Capital Insight, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, is a registered investment advisor offering wealth management services, including personalized planning for private clients and employer-sponsored retirement plans. Capital Insight has approximately $730 million in assets under management.
