On March 15, 2023, Eolas Capital announced an agreement to acquire an equity stake in Harmony Capital Advisors.
Under the terms of the transaction, Eolas Capital (“Eolas”) will make an equity investment in Harmony Capital Advisors (“Harmony”). Eolas will provide operational support, marketing, and distribution services to Harmony as part of the deal. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Eolas is a Boston-based strategic investment advisor for boutique investment firms. Eolas is a subsidiary of the Australian firm Channel Capital Advisors LLP.
Harmony, based in Rye, New Hampshire, is a registered investment advisor focusing on investments in sustainable industries and technologies.
