Elevation Point Makes Minority Investment in Forta

On January 27, 2026, Elevation Point, backed by Seward & Kissel client Emigrant Partners, announced that it had made a strategic minority investment in Forta Wealth Partners.

Elevation Point announced, on January 27, 2026, that it had made a strategic minority investment in Forta Wealth Partners (“Forta”). Under the terms of the transaction, Elevation Point partnered with the Forta team to launch Forta as an independent firm, with Forta operating as a trade name of Elevation Point Wealth Partners. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Elevation Point, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is a growth accelerator and minority stake partner for independent and breakaway advisors. As of January 2026, Elevation Point had made strategic investments in wealth management teams with approximately $11.9 billion in client assets under supervision.

Forta, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, is a registered investment advisor offering wealth management and retirement advisory services to its clients. Forta oversees approximately $900 million in assets.
