ECHELON Partners LLC published the RIA M&A Deal Report for the third quarter of 2022 (the “Report”), analyzing M&A activity among Registered Investment Advisors. The Report shows a modest decline in transactions from the third quart of 2021; however, ECHELON predicts that 2022 will exceed 2021’s record deal-making year.
