ECHELON Partners LLC published a Report for RIA M&A Deals for Q2 of 2024 (the “Report”), analyzing M&A activity among Registered Investment Advisors. The Report shows that there was a decrease in numbers of transactions in comparison to the last three quarters. However, Q2 of 2024 was the second most active Q2 in the past five years. Additionally, strategic RIA acquirers dominated deals by deal volume, while private equity focused on larger deals.
