Echelon Partners LLC published an RIA M&A Deal Report for the first quarter of 2022 (the “Report”), analyzing M&A activity among Registered Investment Advisors. The Report shows a modest decline from the fourth quarter of 2021, which set an all-time record for a single quarter.
