ECHELON Partners LLC published an RIA M&A Deal Report for the year of 2024 (the “Report”), analyzing M&A activity among Registered Investment Advisors. The Report shows that wealth management M&A activity increased by 14% from 2023. 2024 was the most active year of wealth management M&A in industry history. Additionally, the Report states that the average size of deals decreased by 14.4% from 2023.
