DeVoe & Company published an RIA M&A Deal Report for the third quarter of 2022 (the “Report”), which analyzes M&A activity among Registered Investment Advisors. The Report shows that most transactions through the first three quarters of 2022 were made by firms that frequently acquire RIAs. Further, there was an increase in transactions for small and medium sellers and a decrease in transactions for large sellers over the third quarter.
