On July 1, 2022, it was announced that Dakota Wealth Management will acquire Loveless Wealth Management LLC.
Dakota Wealth Management (“Dakota”) will acquire Loveless Wealth Management LLC (“Loveless”). The entire Loveless team will join Dakota. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Dakota, headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, is an investment management firm offering estate planning and tax planning services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions.
Loveless, based in Billings, Montana, is a registered investment advisory firm providing investment portfolio management, tax planning, financial planning, and estate planning services to clients.
