CW Advisors (“CWA”) announced, on July 10, 2024, that it acquired Cubic Asset Management (“Cubic”). The acquisition was structured with a mix of cash and equity. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
CWA, based in Boston, is a registered investment advisor that offers investment management and financial planning services. CWA had approximately $7.9 billion in assets under management.
Cubic, based in Boston, is a registered investment advisor that offers investment management services to endowments, foundations, retirement plans and wealthy individuals. Cubic managed approximately $700 million in client assets.
