On June 26, 2023, Focus Financial Partners Inc. announced an agreement for Endurance Wealth Management, Inc. to join Focus partner firm, Crestwood Advisors Group, LLC.
Under the terms of the transaction, Crestwood Advisors Group, LLC (“Crestwood”) will acquire Endurance Wealth Management, Inc (“Endurance”) in a deal expected to close in the third quarter of 2023. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Crestwood, based in Boston, is an independent investment management and wealth advisory firm primarily serving ultra-high and high net worth individuals and families. As of October 2022, Crestwood had approximately $4.9 billion in assets under management.
Endurance, based in Providence, is a registered investment adviser that specializes in providing financial planning services to high net worth individuals and families. As of April 2023, Endurance had approximately $1.2 billion in assets under management.
