Crestview Partners Seeks to Sell Munder Capital

On June 26, 2013, Reuters reported that Crestview Partners is looking to sell Munder Capital Management, a Birmingham, Michigan-based mutual fund company.  Crestview has hired Goldman Sachs Group to assist in the sale.

On June 26, 2013, Reuters reported that Crestview Partners is looking to sell Munder Capital Management, a Birmingham, Michigan-based mutual fund company, reportedly for approximately $400 million.  Crestview has hired Goldman Sachs Group to assist in the sale.  Crestview purchased Munder from Comerica Inc in 2006 for $302 million in a leveraged buy-out.  Munder currently manages eight mutual funds with approximately $7 billion in assets.
